When Rhyme Met Free

Business people handshake clipart, character
Inhaled fresh physics
while familiar it’s different
sights set, pulsation guides us to
something new
what I mean is
this can’t be coincidence
it’s a different kind of rising
one were, a story of a starseed
intercedes with lost pages of a diary
it’s kind of inspiring
to watch another version of infinite
do something that actually aligns
without trying, but sometimes
if finding the way means
I have to sit back and recline
here’s me crossing the line
observing what’s sublime
and that’s just fine
like when I change this from rhyme
to freed verse
it’s fuller this way
just poetry I let flow from outer dimensions
apologetically unforgiven
you’ll have to abnormal
to get these poetics
a fragment of imagination
played enough with
to bend spoons
move matter
and turn the notch up on the energy dial,
may be I’ll just stay here for awhile
in freshness of remembering
while embracing de ja vu.

  1. This poem is a breath of stars like a brief escape into a realm which feels natural, not like the everyday “how are you…” but yes yes a feeling like Déjà vu.
